织梦DEDECMS v5.7模板上传缩略图不能截图的解决办法

很多在用织梦DEDECMS v5.7模板的朋友都在询问，为什么上传缩略图不能截图，今天把解决织梦v5.7模板上传缩略图不能截图的修改方法发布出来供大家学习参考
我们需要修改/dede/template/soft_edit.htm 第381行 和/dede/template/soft_add.htm 450行
