关于国人做cj和hostmonster的空间w8表格问题

这w8表格是必须要填的吗？如何填？请高人指点下，本人打算做下空间代购，可是有很多不太明白
If you are not a US person, please complete the appropriate W-8 form. Most of our affiliates who are not US persons need to complete the W-8BEN form found here. Please consult with a tax advisor or tax law professional if you are uncertain as to which form you are required to submit.

You must complete, sign, date and return the appropriate form by e-mailing to forms@hostmonster.com, or faxing to 801-812-8669. You may also mail the forms to the following address:

我不明白你哪里卡住了，下载一个W8表，然后一个萝卜一个坑的填就行了。地址什么的，如果你收支票那就最好别用假的。如果你还是不懂，用天朝版google搜索w8ben+example也能找到满意的答案。
