我建了一个landingpage，但不知道怎么用数据库

我建了个 zip提交的landingpage,用的是一个模板，现在自己在机子上测试，把数据库链接了下，但是貌似没用，点击submit按钮，仍然没有任何反应。原网址是http://localhost/freeoffer/index.htm 点击后是 http://localhost/freeoffer/index.htm# 请教懂php和mysql的高手

静态页面怎么调用数据库哇？

不是静态页面，是邮件地址提交的类型，只是我不知道怎么弄数据库

问题都解决了，但是上传网站 ,打开后出现
